Karrie Wallace brings both passion and experience to every
real estate journey, combining a lifelong love for homes with a background in
design, construction, and client care. Licensed since 2018, she serves clients
across a vast area of Texas, helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve
their goals with confidence and clarity.
Based in the DFW area, Karrie has a special heart for
first-time buyers and families searching for their dream homes. She’s also
deeply experienced in Farm and Ranch properties and has guided clients through
everything from new construction design to rehab and home improvement projects.
With a firm grasp on the market and a strong belief in staying educated and
informed, she delivers the insight and strategy her clients need to succeed,
whether they're upgrading, investing, or navigating complex transactions.
Before becoming a licensed agent, Karrie worked closely with
a construction team as a designer and, along with her husband Lee, bought,
renovated, and sold properties. That hands-on experience sharpened her eye for
value, design, and potential—skills her clients benefit from today. She’s also
a trusted connector between distressed property sellers and the right investor
solutions.
Clients appreciate Karrie’s honesty, service-first mindset,
and her ability to make the process feel smooth and supportive. She’s known for
clear communication, fair negotiations, and unwavering follow-through, all
qualities that earn lasting trust and repeat business.
Originally from Alabama, Karrie met her husband in college
and has called Texas home since 2014. Married since 1994, they have one
daughter (soon to be married in 2026) and a beloved Pomeranian named Jasper.
Karrie is a classically trained pianist, a home décor enthusiast, and a proud
member of a local Baptist church, where she’s active in multiple ministries.
She’s also an aspiring pickleball player and plans to join a team soon.
In 2025, Karrie made the move to Better Homes and Gardens
Real Estate Winans, drawn to its family-oriented culture, supportive
atmosphere, and welcoming offices. She’s thrilled to be part of a brokerage
that shares her values and is currently preparing to take her broker’s license
exam in 2026.
